CLASSPALS UPLOADING FILES AGREEMENT

When uploading photos to your ClassPal postcard or when receiving postcards with photos attached, by clicking “I/We accept”,, you are agreeing to the terms set out below.

1. You are responsible for the uploading of photos to ClassPal postcards.

2. You have permission to upload photos to ClassPal postcards and to share such content with schools within our network by your school. Should photos contain pictures of identifiable children you have been given permission by their parents/carers to share such images over the Internet.

3. You agree that postcards and their attachments will be appropriate to be read/viewed by children and will be in the spirit of an educational website aimed at children of this age.

4. You agree that you will not upload any inappropriate images.

5. You agree that attachments, downloaded from ClassPal postcards, are only used for educational purposes within your school and are not shared on the interent or other platforms.

• Any misuse of user participation may result in your Subscription being cancelled without refund and/or denial of access to the Services.
• Oddizzi does not endorse the contents of any ClassPal postcards and uploads, and expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with communication through ClassPals. Oddizzi is entitled to remove any postcards or images that are not in the spirit of the website.
